Lead consultancy on financial accounting matters impacting multiple lines of business and control functions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on accounting issues, regulatory compliance, and major transactions.
Lead complex projects or initiatives, implement best practices, and support risk and compliance management within the finance function.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting, or Risk Reporting (or equivalent through related experience).
Qualified CA, CPA, or MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience leading regulatory reporting, reconciliations, and close processes.
Preferred hands-on experience with ETL tools (such as Alteryx, Power BI) and knowledge of financial data architecture (General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Reference Data Management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise to act as a technical authority and internal consultant on complex financial accounting issues and regulatory matters.
Experience in banking or financial services environment preferred, especially in regulatory reporting and risk management.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior management within finance and control functions.
