Manage procure-to-pay operations tasks including catalog management, purchase order (PO) management, master data management (MDM), spot buy, and helpdesk activities with high accuracy.
Execute basic transactions such as requisition to PO conversion and MRP runs using various tools, ensuring process adherence.
Support cross-cultural teams and maintain responsiveness to customers and colleagues during US night shift hours.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; Master’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience specifically in procure-to-pay operations with SAP exposure required.
Mandatory work from office at Andheri, Mumbai location.
Willingness to work US shift (8 PM to 5 AM); night shift allowance provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end procure-to-pay process operations, including transactional and data management tasks.
Comfortable operating in cross-cultural environments and night shifts, interacting with global or US-based stakeholders.
Proficient with tools such as SAP and foundational project management tools (MS-Visio, MS-PowerPoint, RPA) for operational efficiency.
