Maintain and improve performance and availability of Fidelity’s customer-facing transactional web applications.
Own overall issue resolution from detection through root cause analysis to long-term fixes for high and low severity incidents.
Provide 1st line support including incident resolution, on-call rotation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure service restoration and quality improvement.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development or support.
Hands-on experience with Node.js backend and React.js frontend.
Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Cloud Foundry.
Willingness to work UK shifts and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
