About This Role
- Lead and manage a global team responsible for network security architecture and deployment, including Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls across various environments (data center, campus, cloud).
- Develop and execute enterprise-aligned global network security strategy and collaborate with regional (APAC) and global IT teams on security solutions and hybrid connectivity.
- Drive network security standards compliance (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.), audit readiness, automation initiatives, and software license compliance management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 12 years of networking or IT security experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience leading/managing teams.
- Minimum 1 year experience with programming or scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting and managing enterprise-scale security technologies and network/firewall architectures globally.
- Proven leadership in managing multicultural global teams and cybersecurity transformation programs.
- Ability to handle multi-site complex environments with knowledge of compliance frameworks and executive communication skills.
