About This Role
- Lead the implementation, integration, and customization of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to optimize client HR processes and strategic objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project planning, budgeting, execution, and successful delivery for SAP HCM implementations.
- Coach and mentor teams, manage client accounts, and foster business process improvements aligned with client goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience required.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is mandatory.
- Experience with SAP Human Capital Management systems essential; possession of SAP certifications in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
