About This Role
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects up to USD 15 million in global technology categories including SaaS, cloud, telecom, and IT services.
- Negotiate complex multi-year contracts with suppliers and collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure favorable commercial and compliance outcomes.
- Drive procurement governance, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement within the global source-to-pay process aligned to North America and Europe stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of procurement experience with 5-7 years specifically in IT Procurement (SaaS, software, cloud, telecom, managed services, IT professional services).
- Demonstrated ability in negotiating SaaS agreements and managing vendor contract redlines in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or professional procurement certification (CPSM, CIPS, ISM) preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work North America-aligned / night shifts.

- Skilled in procurement governance, supplier consolidation, and process improvement using procurement tools like SAP Ariba and ServiceNow.
