Manage and maintain ServiceNow platform health, performance, upgrades, and security in a regulated banking environment.
Support ServiceNow IRM/GRC processes including risks, controls, compliance, and policies aligned with governance standards.
Provide production support, incident resolution, integration management, and ensure compliance with enterprise risk and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
6-9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Administration/Engineering.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, platform upgrades, patches, instance clones, and performance troubleshooting.
Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, REST APIs, ACLs, MID Servers, ECC queues, and CMDB/CSDM.
Experience working within regulated enterprise environments preferred; explicit mention of banking environment experience is a plus.

Experienced platform engineer with a focus on platform stability, security, governance, and compliance within regulated environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex ServiceNow platform and integration issues, including ownership of production support and incident management.
