Lead end-to-end delivery and architecture of IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 solutions on AWS, including model build, TI processes, and integration.
Manage production support responsibilities such as monitoring, incident triage, root cause analysis, and release planning for Planning Analytics applications.
Lead and mentor a team of TM1 developers/analysts, drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools, and partner with business stakeholders to optimize planning processes.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of experience delivering IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 solutions with hands-on model build experience.
Strong technical skills in TM1 cube design, rules/feeders, TurboIntegrator, performance tuning, and security.
Experience leading delivery in agile and/or waterfall environments with strong stakeholder management.
Work Experience Required: 15+ years in IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in implementing complex financial planning use cases such as Budget, Forecast, Workforce planning, CapEx, Revenue, Allocations, and scenario modeling.
Skilled in applying enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with a strong understanding of responsible AI usage and secure data handling.
Has prior people management experience and familiarity with finance domain processes (FP&A, close/GL, management reporting) to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
