12+ years of software engineering experience including leadership or management of engineering teams.
Hands-on full-stack development experience with Microsoft Azure, .NET, Python, React, HTML, CSS and GitHub-based workflows.
Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly to aid design, coding, testing, documentation, or troubleshooting.
