About This Role
- Manage and mentor a software engineering team while actively contributing to full-stack development and resolving production issues.
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery planning including estimations, sequencing, risk management, and production readiness for product capabilities.
- Design and develop scalable and secure Azure-hosted backend services and frontend user experiences, implementing strong GitHub engineering practices and driving engineering quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience including leadership or management of engineering teams.
- Hands-on full-stack development experience with Microsoft Azure, .NET, Python, React, HTML, CSS and GitHub-based workflows.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly to aid design, coding, testing, documentation, or troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineering leader with demonstrated ability to manage and mentor engineers while actively contributing hands-on in design, coding, reviews, and debugging.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native application design and delivery on Microsoft Azure platform within regulated or complex enterprise environments.
- Proven capability to plan and execute complex engineering projects with multiple workstreams, ensuring high quality, security, and operational readiness.
