About This Role
- Own enterprise-wide AI automation and transformation strategy using n8n, focusing on scalable, secure automation solutions to reduce manual work and operational friction.
- Lead architecture reviews, define automation standards and governance, and implement AI-driven workflow capabilities to improve productivity, quality, and operational scale.
- Mentor engineers and contractors to raise automation maturity, streamline deployment processes with CI/CD, and embed AI workflows with measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required).
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise automation, workflow engineering, integration, or platform architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise with n8n or Boomi platforms, including building AI-enabled workflows and integrations.
- Experience designing API-first and event-driven architectures with AI/ML service integration and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer with strong technical ownership and influence on enterprise automation architecture and AI orchestration standards.
- Experienced in embedding AI (LLMs, agents, prompt engineering) responsibly into business workflows with governance and observability.
- Capable of leading technical mentorship and raising execution rigor in automation teams within a rapidly scaling AI-first environment.
