Minimum Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience building and operating highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Proven experience in architectural leadership for complex, multi-team projects, with deep expertise in system design, databases, and API development.
Strong track record of end-to-end technical ownership from concept to delivery.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset; work experience in payments/fintech is a plus but not mandatory.
