Act as an internal consultant and coach to Market Directors, Branch Leaders, and Financial Advisor Practices to grow revenues and improve profitability.
Partner with Business Development, Wealth Center, and Wealth Solutions teams to drive consistency, engagement, and strategic growth initiatives across branch network.
Develop and apply business knowledge to identify profitability opportunities, support recruiting efforts, coach advisors, and organize professional development events.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years experience in financial services industry preferred.
SIE and Series 7/66 licensing required; progress towards CFP, CPWA, or ChFC highly valued.
Ability to travel minimum 50%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in consultative roles supporting financial advisors or similar client-facing financial services roles.
Able to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong organizational and communication skills.
Capable of influencing senior leadership and managing projects at branch, regional and firm levels without formal authority.
