Own end-to-end procurement and inventory strategy across Amazon FBA, Walmart, and other marketplace channels, including vendor negotiations and purchase planning.
Lead automation and process improvements for procurement workflows using Excel, VBA, Google Apps Script, AI tools, and API integrations.
Manage procurement projects and provide mentorship to specialists while collaborating cross-functionally to align procurement with marketing and sales goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3-5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, marketplace operations, or data-driven e-commerce operations with managerial responsibilities.
Must have experience managing procurement across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, including vendor relations and inventory allocation.
Ability to work remote in India with overlapping hours on U.S. business schedule (2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience in automating procurement processes and utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for business analysis and workflow automation.
Strong expertise in e-commerce procurement with ability to translate marketplace and advertising data into purchasing decisions.
Experienced in managing multi-channel operations with cross-functional leadership and decision-making accountability.
