Own coordination and communication between Operations, Product, and Technology teams to resolve operational challenges.
Manage and track technology and product issues through clear documentation, Jira ticketing, and follow-ups to ensure progress and resolution.
Support and perform user acceptance testing, validate fixes and releases, and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, user acceptance testing, ticket management, process improvement, product operations, or technology support.
Experience using Jira or similar ticket-management platforms and preparing test scenarios for user acceptance testing.
Experience working collaboratively across Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
Work Experience Required: 2 to 3 years as specified in qualifications.
