About This Role
- Manage and process purchase orders timely and accurately using relevant tools.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Planners and Buyers to manage replenishment inventory, maintain stock goals, and provide regular operational reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree required.
- Work Experience Required: Preference for experience in retail industry with supply chain knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills for effective vendor and internal team liaison.

- Experience working in fast-paced retail or luxury merchandising operations with exposure to inventory and supply chain management.
- Ability to analyze sales history, forecast demand, and develop allocation strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple operational priorities with attention to detail.
