Accountable for end-to-end service delivery and operational risk management across commercial lending lifecycle functions including loan boarding, servicing, collateral management, documentation, and syndications support.
Lead and manage a multi-functional team of 100+ FTEs to meet SLA, quality, turnaround time, and regulatory compliance standards under a follow-the-sun operating model.
Drive transformation initiatives including automation, digital innovation, and process re-engineering to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
13+ years in banking or financial services operations with at least 8+ years leading large teams and 8+ years in commercial/wholesale lending operations.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or relevant field; related work experience accepted.
Proven experience operating within a global capability center or shared services supporting US/European banks.
Work location: Chennai; Work model: 5 days office; Shift hours: 9 AM to 6 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale lending operations with deep knowledge of commercial lending lifecycles, including loan servicing platforms like nCino, LoanIQ, AFSVision.
Skilled at managing regulatory compliance including SOX, BSA/AML, OCC/FRB expectations, and risk controls in a global financial institution context.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformations, integrate automation technologies and collaborate effectively with US-based senior leadership.
