Lead integration of FCAPS-driven OSS solutions across multi-vendor network equipment and applications, focusing on Fault Management, Performance Management, and Logs.
Design, implement, and manage integration solutions using protocols and technologies like SNMP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, and gRPC within OSS ecosystems.
Collaborate with vendors, development, and operations teams to ensure integration solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices, including preparing technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Strong expertise in telecom domain, specifically OSS and FCAPS concepts.
Hands-on experience with OSS EMS/NMS integration and multi-vendor system integration.
Proficiency with integration protocols and tools: SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, gRPC, Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, PromQL.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud and vendor-specific EMS/NMS platforms; Kubernetes certification is a plus but not mandatory.
