About This Role
- Lead integration of FCAPS-driven OSS solutions across multi-vendor network equipment and applications, focusing on Fault Management, Performance Management, and Logs.
- Design, implement, and manage integration solutions using protocols and technologies like SNMP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, and gRPC within OSS ecosystems.
- Collaborate with vendors, development, and operations teams to ensure integration solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices, including preparing technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong expertise in telecom domain, specifically OSS and FCAPS concepts.
- Hands-on experience with OSS EMS/NMS integration and multi-vendor system integration.
- Proficiency with integration protocols and tools: SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, gRPC, Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, PromQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud and vendor-specific EMS/NMS platforms; Kubernetes certification is a plus but not mandatory.
