About This Role
- Design, develop, maintain, test, and deploy enterprise-grade web applications using Java, Progress, frontend frameworks, and databases such as MariaDB and PostgreSQL.
- Analyze requirements, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with QA and R&D teams to ensure quality software delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers, act as backup for Team Lead, and participate in Agile ceremonies with CI/CD pipeline delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with proficiency in Java core concepts, Spring, JUnit, Maven/Ant, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Progress development tools and web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Angular/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, MariaDB/SQL/PostgreSQL database management.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune, India.

- Experienced in full lifecycle web application development in an enterprise SaaS environment using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
- Comfortable mentoring peers and stepping into team lead responsibilities when needed, indicating readiness for increased ownership.
- Capable of working within Agile teams and continuous delivery models, effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams.
