Design, develop, maintain, test, and deploy enterprise-grade web applications using Java, Progress, frontend frameworks, and databases such as MariaDB and PostgreSQL.
Analyze requirements, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with QA and R&D teams to ensure quality software delivery.
Mentor junior engineers, act as backup for Team Lead, and participate in Agile ceremonies with CI/CD pipeline delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with proficiency in Java core concepts, Spring, JUnit, Maven/Ant, and best practices.
Familiarity with Progress development tools and web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Angular/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, MariaDB/SQL/PostgreSQL database management.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full lifecycle web application development in an enterprise SaaS environment using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
Comfortable mentoring peers and stepping into team lead responsibilities when needed, indicating readiness for increased ownership.
