Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, including custom customer and partner portals.
Build responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using Core Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
Manage API integrations and execute Salesforce DevOps Center and Azure CI/CD release pipelines, including configuration of Salesforce Agentforce AI workflows.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) required; Platform Developer II (PD2) and Certified Service or Experience Cloud Consultant preferred.
Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, REST/SOAP API integrations, and Salesforce DevOps Center/Azure CI/CD pipelines.
Functional or practical experience with Salesforce Agentforce required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end implementation of customer workflows on Salesforce Service and Experience Clouds.
Skilled in building and scaling complex custom UI components and integrations within Salesforce environments.
