Deliver secure, scalable production code for data-intensive applications supporting Global KYC and Risk Assessment platforms.
Lead architectural standards, engineering practices, and mentor engineers across multiple teams.
Advise cross-functional teams on technology and drive adoption of advanced methods within software development lifecycle including AI-assisted development and automation.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Expertise in Python and/or Java programming languages.
Experience with large-scale data processing, microservices, API design, Kafka, Redis, MemCached, and orchestration frameworks such as Airflow or Temporal.
Practical cloud-native experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in data engineering and enterprise-scale system design supporting risk or compliance domains.
Proven leadership in setting engineering standards and mentoring engineers across multiple agile teams.
Experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), big data processing (Spark/PySpark), and emerging AI/ML tools including LLM orchestration frameworks.
