About This Role
- Develop and maintain Workday Extend platform software, applying Agile methods across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with principal engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Design and implement automation for build, test, and deployment processes, focusing on resilient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience delivering enterprise solutions, including Workday SaaS or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday Extend applications and integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, Matrix, and BIRT.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments to deliver enterprise transformation programmes.
- Work experience in information security policies and practices within the financial sector.

- Experienced in leading best practices around programming for scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance.
