About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver high-performance CRM and digital experience solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and orchestrate API integrations (REST/SOAP) to enhance user experience and data connectivity.
- Manage DevOps lifecycle using Salesforce DevOps Center and Azure CI/CD pipelines; configure autonomous AI workflows with Salesforce Agentforce.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1); Platform Developer II (PD2) and Service Cloud or Experience Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
- Proficient in Apex, Core LWC development, Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, REST/SOAP API integrations, Salesforce DevOps Center, and Azure CI/CD.
- Practical exposure or training on Salesforce Agentforce architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Salesforce implementation including custom UI design, complex API integrations, and DevOps release management.
- Comfortable working with advanced Salesforce tools including Agentforce AI workflows and Azure-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong developer with certifications indicating deep expertise in Salesforce platform and cloud solution delivery.
