About This Role
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated testing for Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrated enterprise systems.
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing within Agile teams.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive quality engineering best practices across projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud testing (Cases, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case).
- 4+ years of experience in Agile testing environments.
- 3+ years of automation testing experience using Selenium WebDriver with strong Java and OOP skills.
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and tools like Postman or Swagger; knowledge of SQL and backend validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex Salesforce Service Cloud enterprise integration testing led in Agile environments.
- Capable of independently leading testing activities and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong technical background combining coding (Java), automation, API testing, and test management tool expertise.
