About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture within the DW2W2C Portfolio.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions focused on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability, including API integrations and enterprise application services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, support production and preproduction systems, and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field with 7+ years hands-on experience; or Master's degree with 5+ years experience.
- Proficiency in Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, REST API, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL Server), JUnit, Mockito, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience in backend development, application troubleshooting, and API integration with Angular teams.
- Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India; ability to attend customer meetings outside normal business hours due to different time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and integrating complex backend systems using Java and Spring ecosystem with strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Capable of handling production support and troubleshooting in a large-scale enterprise environment, including interacting with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and practices, with exposure to DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred but not mandatory.
