Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable Generative AI applications and reusable platform components aligned with corporate AI strategy and governance.
Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions including LLM-powered apps, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, AI agents, and platform APIs/services.
Own specific Generative AI platform modules and use cases, ensure system performance, security, compliance, and lead continuous improvements and incident management.
Minimum Requirements
4-5 years professional experience in AI/ML application development or backend service development.
Proficient in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in client-server API development.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with specialization or demonstrable expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, software or data engineering.
Experience with LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), LLMOps/AgentOps tooling, and deploying scalable AI applications to production.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in implementing trustworthy AI systems with hallucination mitigation, explainability, AI guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
Skilled at translating complex business requirements into user-friendly, production AI solutions in cross-functional enterprise environments.
Demonstrates ownership of AI platform modules including monitoring, troubleshooting, continuous enhancements, and collaboration across organizational units.
