About This Role
- Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable Generative AI applications and reusable platform components aligned with corporate AI strategy and governance.
- Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions including LLM-powered apps, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, AI agents, and platform APIs/services.
- Own specific Generative AI platform modules and use cases, ensure system performance, security, compliance, and lead continuous improvements and incident management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years professional experience in AI/ML application development or backend service development.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in client-server API development.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with specialization or demonstrable expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, software or data engineering.
- Experience with LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), LLMOps/AgentOps tooling, and deploying scalable AI applications to production.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing trustworthy AI systems with hallucination mitigation, explainability, AI guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
- Skilled at translating complex business requirements into user-friendly, production AI solutions in cross-functional enterprise environments.
- Demonstrates ownership of AI platform modules including monitoring, troubleshooting, continuous enhancements, and collaboration across organizational units.
