Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable Generative AI applications and reusable platform modules aligned with KION’s AI Strategy and Governance.
Implement and maintain build-test-deploy pipelines, ensure AI service quality, security, transparency, and integrate hallucination-mitigation and AI guardrails.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver and support AI-driven automation and evaluate system performance with continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
4-5 years professional experience as application developer, ideally in AI/ML or backend service development.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and AI application development techniques (Prompt Engineering, RAG).
Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Terraform and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in deploying trustworthy, scalable AI solutions with expertise in hallucination mitigation, explainability, and AI safety mechanisms.
