Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable, and trustworthy generative AI applications and reusable platform components aligned with KION’s AI Strategy and AI Governance.
Implement and maintain AI build-test-deploy pipelines ensuring reproducibility, quality, and integration of hallucination mitigation, explainability, and compliance mechanisms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven automation, own GenAI platform modules, monitor and improve system and model performance, and manage incidents and user support requests.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
At least 4-5 years professional experience as an application developer, ideally in AI/ML or backend service development.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and AI application development techniques like Prompt Engineering and RAG.
Proficient in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).
