About This Role
- Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable, and trustworthy generative AI applications and reusable platform components aligned with KION’s AI Strategy and AI Governance.
- Implement and maintain AI build-test-deploy pipelines ensuring reproducibility, quality, and integration of hallucination mitigation, explainability, and compliance mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven automation, own GenAI platform modules, monitor and improve system and model performance, and manage incidents and user support requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- At least 4-5 years professional experience as an application developer, ideally in AI/ML or backend service development.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and AI application development techniques like Prompt Engineering and RAG.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).

- Skilled at translating business requirements into production-ready AI solutions, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
