Convert ideas, customer feedback, and business needs into detailed product requirements, feature briefs, and documentation for engineering teams.
Use AI-powered tools to create wireframes, mockups, presentations, and prototypes to test features early and define evaluation criteria for AI features.
Collaborate daily with engineers and engage with customers/users to clarify requirements and drive product improvements in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Implementation, or Customer Success, ideally in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms.
Strong written communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics clearly.
Daily hands-on use of AI tools as a core part of work.
Location: Must be Noida-based and work onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working within HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms in roles involving product management, implementation, customer success, or business analysis.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and using AI tools extensively to accelerate product development.
Capable of structured thinking, clear communication, and rapidly learning to build AI-native products focused on skills, talent, and learning technology.
