About This Role
- Lead strategy, architecture, and governance of the enterprise Agentic AI Platform, including orchestration frameworks and LLM platform services.
- Oversee platform engineering teams and drive adoption of platform capabilities to scale AI Agent deployment securely and reliably.
- Define and enforce AI governance, security controls, observability, and operational processes ensuring compliance and platform excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 10+ years experience in software engineering, AI/ML platforms, cloud platforms, or enterprise platform management.
- 5+ years leadership experience managing engineering or platform teams.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years software engineering/AI platform experience; 5+ years leadership explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and operating enterprise AI/ML and Agentic AI platforms integrating LLM and multi-agent orchestration technologies.
- Skilled in AI governance, security (including Zero Trust Architecture), and responsible AI frameworks, partnering with Legal, Risk, and Security teams.
- Strong cross-functional leader with strategic oversight of platform engineering, operational excellence, and vendor/technology partnerships.
