Minimum Requirements
10+ years in technology roles within financial services, including 5+ years as an execution-focused Product Owner in Agile/Scrum.
Experience in Risk and Controls, Operational Risk, or Regulatory functions mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; management degrees (MBA) considered a plus.
Proficiency with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and strong technical fluency; certifications like CSPO, SAFe POPM, or CBAP are highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in product ownership with a strong focus on execution and quality within risk and controls domains in financial services.
Capable of managing end-to-end agile delivery, including backlog creation, stakeholder management, and risk/ dependency mitigation.
Familiar with applying AI-enabled tools and concepts to enhance software delivery and governance in complex, regulated environments.
