Own and achieve pipeline and revenue targets through sourcing and managing global and regional partners including SIs, consulting firms, and channel partners.
Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, enabling sales through training and support, and managing partner performance via business metrics and scorecards.
Engage with senior stakeholders across complex organizations to align partnerships, drive collaboration with internal teams, and report regularly on partnership progress.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 15 years overall experience with >5 years in partner/alliance/channel management or business development roles.
MBA from a reputed institute mandatory.
Work locations: Hyderabad or Mumbai; willing to travel as required.
Experience managing CXO/Senior management level relationships and large SIs/consulting firms, with proven track record of appointing and nurturing strategic partners and closing large partner-involved deals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both hunting (new business development) and farming (partner relationship management) with a preference for candidates with field sales background.
Proven ability to navigate and influence complex organizational structures and senior stakeholders globally.
Prior experience in the banking domain and working with partners in this sector will be advantageous.
