Manage and lead a finance team supporting a large, complex business unit or finance function globally, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to influence strategic business decisions and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), manage key controls and external vendor relationships (e.g., auditors).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or economics required; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of finance experience, including at least 2+ years in supervisory or project leadership roles.
Experience managing large teams across multiple countries (typically 10+ direct reports).
Work Mode: Hybrid with average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
