About This Role
- Manage and lead a finance team supporting a large, complex business unit or finance function globally, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
- Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to influence strategic business decisions and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), manage key controls and external vendor relationships (e.g., auditors).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or economics required; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of finance experience, including at least 2+ years in supervisory or project leadership roles.
- Experience managing large teams across multiple countries (typically 10+ direct reports).
- Work Mode: Hybrid with average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
