About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Kronos Workforce Dimensions including configuration, integration, and user adoption across a global setup.
- Design and execute integration solutions using Dell Boomi or similar middleware to ensure seamless data flow between Kronos and enterprise systems.
- Provide ongoing production and warranty support including troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of Kronos and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR transformation or workforce management system implementation.
- Strong expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions configuration (accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, leave management).
- Proven experience in Dell Boomi or similar integration platform for designing and implementing workflows.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.

- Experienced practitioner capable of managing complex Kronos implementations and integrations in a global environment.
- Deep understanding of time management and human capital management (HCM) processes relevant to workforce management.
