Lead end-to-end implementation of Kronos Workforce Dimensions including configuration, integration, and user adoption across a global setup.
Design and execute integration solutions using Dell Boomi or similar middleware to ensure seamless data flow between Kronos and enterprise systems.
Provide ongoing production and warranty support including troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of Kronos and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR transformation or workforce management system implementation.
Strong expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions configuration (accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, leave management).
Proven experience in Dell Boomi or similar integration platform for designing and implementing workflows.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced practitioner capable of managing complex Kronos implementations and integrations in a global environment.
