Drive end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and solution delivery in a techno-functional capacity for US business teams.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support project lifecycle including testing, UAT, deployment, and continuous process improvements with minimal supervision.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role.
Experience working with US business teams and ability to work 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST shift hours.
Familiarity with .NET, Java, Angular, React technologies along with requirement management and process modeling tools.
Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in Business Analysis; Location: Remote (from Pune, Hyderabad, or Indore).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex requirements and solution design for enterprise custom applications with global or US stakeholder exposure.
Able to operate independently, driving business value through strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Comfortable working asynchronously with US teams and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a remote work setup.
