Own and execute fund accounting operations including ledger maintenance, journal entries, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and fee calculations.
Support client onboarding, fund migration, data conversion, and transition activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Identify and implement process improvements leveraging automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and controls.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting or investment accounting operations supporting hedge funds, private equity, or alternative investments.
Practical experience with journal entries, general ledger activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, and fee/allocation calculations.
Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidate with 3+ years end-to-end fund accounting experience including NAV, fees, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Experience working with hedge funds, private equity, or alternative investment fund structures and relevant fund accounting platforms (Geneva, PCS, etc.).
Demonstrated ownership of client onboarding/conversion projects and exposure to automation or AI-based process improvements.
