About This Role
- Optimize end-to-end supply chain operations to improve visibility, collaboration, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Lead client engagements by analyzing supply chain processes and implementing strategic operational improvements using technology and data analytics.
- Manage teams including coaching and mentoring, and ensure project success with accountability for planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management or related field.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software is required.
- Travel up to 60% is expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in engineering or sciences such as Aerospace, Biomedical, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Analytics preferred.
- Experienced in leading complex supply chain transformation projects and risk management initiatives.
- Skilled in strategic sourcing, procurement, analytical thinking, and embracing technology-driven operational innovation.
