Own end-to-end incident management including communication, escalation, follow-up, and root-cause analysis documentation in a 24x7 operational environment.
Support creation, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery strategies across assigned business segments.
Provide operational support during continuity events and assist in training and awareness programs related to emergency response and continuity protocols.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or Associate's with relevant experience) in IT, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in IT operations, systems/application support, business continuity, or risk management.
Ability to work in a 24x7 environment with possible weekend scheduling and shift flexibility.
Strong communication skills and operational aptitude to manage urgent production issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow and familiarity with enterprise monitoring/automation platforms (BigPanda, PagerDuty, Rundeck).
Background in financial markets, trading systems, or clearing operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational skills and can operate decisively under pressure in incident response and business continuity scenarios.
