- Develop and execute global category strategy for Turned Parts spend of approximately $65M, driving cost, quality, delivery, and innovation improvements.
- Negotiate and manage key strategic supplier contracts and relationships, ensuring compliance with Eaton SCM policies and sustainability programs.
- Lead supplier business reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams for annual profit planning and implementation of SCM best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5-10 years professional experience in Supply Chain, Category Management, Procurement, or Operations.
- Knowledge of turned parts category and related technology trends.
- Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in relevant fields.
