Lead large, multi-year healthcare provider technology-enabled transformation programs including planning, governance, and delivery across finance, HR, supply chain, and other provider operations.
Advise clients on complex technology strategy issues, design solutions leveraging AI and enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday), and drive change management and user adoption.
Coach and develop teams, support business development efforts, and contribute to operational process improvement and transformation strategy execution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s preferred (not mandatory).
Minimum 7 years consulting and/or healthcare provider experience with at least 4 years in leadership of teams or major workstreams involving business or technology transformations.
In-depth technical experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, Workday, or UKG, and understanding of software development lifecycle in large enterprises.
Willingness to travel up to 80%.
