About This Role
- Lead large, multi-year healthcare provider technology-enabled transformation programs including planning, governance, and delivery across finance, HR, supply chain, and other provider operations.
- Advise clients on complex technology strategy issues, design solutions leveraging AI and enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday), and drive change management and user adoption.
- Coach and develop teams, support business development efforts, and contribute to operational process improvement and transformation strategy execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s preferred (not mandatory).
- Minimum 7 years consulting and/or healthcare provider experience with at least 4 years in leadership of teams or major workstreams involving business or technology transformations.
- In-depth technical experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, Workday, or UKG, and understanding of software development lifecycle in large enterprises.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.

- Strong operational and technical expertise in healthcare provider administrative domains such as finance, HR, supply chain, and workforce with functional depth in at least one domain.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex, technology-enabled healthcare transformations with proven ability to influence strategy and drive execution.
- Capable of applying systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional insight to improve provider operations aligning business and technology capabilities.
