Lead design, engineering, modernization, and operational management of enterprise storage, backup, and cloud hosting platforms.
Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate strategic initiatives into roadmaps and deliverables meeting quality, security, and timeline objectives.
Provide technical leadership, manage P1/P2 critical escalations, drive automation, DevOps adoption, and mentor engineering teams globally.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
14+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Hosting, Storage, Backup, and Data Protection platforms.
10+ years hands-on experience with NetApp Storage technologies (ONTAP, CVO, ANF, SnapMirror, SnapVault).
8+ years experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, Enterprise Backup Platforms, Disaster Recovery, and Cyber Recovery solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services including Azure NetApp Files, Azure Backup, Site Recovery, governance, and security.
Experience leading engineering teams in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe product development and platform modernization.
Strong operational leadership in managing critical incidents, driving root cause analysis, and implementing automation frameworks with DevOps tools and AI-driven operations.
