Lead and manage software engineering teams delivering business-critical applications in Alternatives including Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Trade Automation, and Asset Management.
Own end-to-end technology delivery including planning, execution, quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication across a diverse portfolio.
Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning, while driving delivery excellence and governance.
Minimum Requirements
18+ years of technology leadership and software delivery experience, preferably within Financial Services.
Proven experience leading large engineering organizations and managing distributed teams.
Engineering degree in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent.
Experience with Alternatives domain such as Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Trade Automation, Asset Management is highly preferred.
