Proficiency in IT systems including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling client communication and negotiations with a bilingual (Japanese-English) capability.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with hands-on technical experience.
Background in managing Windows and Linux operating systems and familiarity with batch operations is preferred.
