Monitor, control, and maintain complex IT systems within Kyndryl's infrastructure environment.

Minimum Requirements
Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and verbal.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT or technical operations role.
Proficiency in IT systems including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred; certification such as Windows Server certification is a plus).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating and supporting Windows and Linux operating systems with batch operations knowledge.
Skilled in client communication including translation, interpretation, and negotiation with Japanese-speaking customers.
