About This Role
- Own and deliver full-stack technical solutions using Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS across multiple engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership by shaping architecture, leading complex design discussions, code reviews, and setting development standards organization-wide.
- Drive adoption of best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and security standards to ensure high-quality, scalable production software.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python backend development (including asynchronous programming), FastAPI, and ReactJS frontend development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading architectural decisions and technical design discussions across teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SaaS application development with strong knowledge of cloud platforms and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capable of independently managing technical direction and proactively resolving complex architectural challenges.
