About This Role
- Lead resolution of install base product issues by diagnosing root causes, implementing fixes, and updating code/procedures to prevent recurrence.
- Provide technical leadership and act as the subject matter expert for product implementation and use cases, coordinating between engineering levels, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage daily L4 operations including workload prioritization, escalation handling, system migrations, AWS cloud rollouts, and KPI data publication for operational metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
- Minimum 10 years professional experience.
- At least 5 years experience in Java, C, C++, or C# programming.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, PACS, HL7), AWS, automation tools, and experience with debugging and troubleshooting.
