Lead resolution of install base product issues by diagnosing root causes, implementing fixes, and updating code/procedures to prevent recurrence.
Provide technical leadership and act as the subject matter expert for product implementation and use cases, coordinating between engineering levels, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Manage daily L4 operations including workload prioritization, escalation handling, system migrations, AWS cloud rollouts, and KPI data publication for operational metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
Minimum 10 years professional experience.
At least 5 years experience in Java, C, C++, or C# programming.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, PACS, HL7), AWS, automation tools, and experience with debugging and troubleshooting.
