Design, develop, and support scalable PEGA-based automation solutions within Intelligent Process Automation CoE.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust, reusable, and maintainable PEGA projects meeting business goals.
Implement PEGA standards and integration patterns, managing smart workflows and ensuring smooth technical delivery in line with coding best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in enterprise IT projects; 5+ years specifically in PEGA development.
Pega Senior System Architect certification required; PEGA Infinity platform certification preferred.
Experience with PEGA low code app building, REST/SOAP integrations, and knowledge of Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform is good to have.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced PEGA engineer comfortable with both design thinking and technical implementation of PEGA workflows in enterprise settings.
Capable of working cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business requirements and managing complex integrations.
