Develop and architect scalable software solutions to optimize Amazon Freight’s Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Truckload (TL) transportation network.
Own design and delivery of key systems such as quotation architecture, shipper identity management, communication frameworks, network design, scheduling reliability, and operator tooling.
Utilize data-driven decision making to solve complex transportation economics problems and improve network execution and service quality.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
5+ years of experience in programming and software system design or architecture, including reliability and scalability.
Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end software development lifecycle including code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
Strong ability to translate complex transportation and supply chain challenges into scalable technical solutions.
