About This Role
- Lead and manage a team building scalable, reliable, and secure platform services and database connectors for enterprise data pipelines.
- Own end-to-end delivery, operational excellence, and technical leadership for multi-tenant, distributed backend systems connecting to data warehouses and lakes.
- Drive architecture, quality, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve high-impact, best-in-class platform performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of backend or systems software development experience.
- 2+ years in engineering management or equivalent senior technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Staff, Principal Engineer).
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and multi-tenant platform development.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in backend/systems development with 2+ years in engineering management or senior technical leadership roles.
