About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and implement Workday Extend applications and enterprise software solutions.
- Collaborate with principal engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align platform development with business objectives and Agile methodologies.
- Lead software architecture efforts focused on automation, scalability, and long-term resilience while supporting build, test, and deployment automation.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of IT experience delivering enterprise solutions including Workday SaaS or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience in analysing and designing Workday Extend applications, development, testing, and implementation of Workday Extend solutions.
- Experience building Workday integrations and reports using Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, Matrix, and BIRT.
- Must be located in India and able to work normal business days based in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in full stack software design and implementation with a focus on Workday Extend platform.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement programming best practices regarding scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, and performance.
- Experience delivering Workday SaaS solutions in Agile or Scrum environments and strong collaboration skills with business teams and stakeholders.
