Design, develop, test, and implement Workday Extend applications and enterprise software solutions.
Collaborate with principal engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align platform development with business objectives and Agile methodologies.
Lead software architecture efforts focused on automation, scalability, and long-term resilience while supporting build, test, and deployment automation.
Minimum Requirements
At least 10 years of IT experience delivering enterprise solutions including Workday SaaS or equivalent platforms.
Hands-on experience in analysing and designing Workday Extend applications, development, testing, and implementation of Workday Extend solutions.
Experience building Workday integrations and reports using Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, Matrix, and BIRT.
Must be located in India and able to work normal business days based in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven expertise in full stack software design and implementation with a focus on Workday Extend platform.
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement programming best practices regarding scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, and performance.
Experience delivering Workday SaaS solutions in Agile or Scrum environments and strong collaboration skills with business teams and stakeholders.
