Design, develop, test, and implement Workday Extend software solutions within a permanent feature team.

Minimum Requirements
At least 10 years of IT experience delivering enterprise solutions such as Workday SaaS or equivalent platforms.
Hands-on expertise in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Workday Extend applications including integrations and reports using Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, Matrix, and BIRT.
Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments on enterprise transformation programmes.
Role based in Gurugram, India; all working days must be spent in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong full stack software engineering background with ability to solve complex problems using programming languages.
Experienced in leading implementation of programming best practices focused on scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance.
Skilled in stakeholder management and communicating complex technical concepts simply, with collaboration experience working alongside business teams and familiarity with financial sector information security policies.
